I have done all the troubleshooting techniques that were offered to me, via V-tech website. I'm staying away from V-Tech... January 25, 2016

Nice feature is a blinking red "In Use" light when any other phone in the house is in use so I'm not picking up on my wife's extended conversations. August 7, 2015
